Registration
All participants, including authors, are required to pay the appropriate registration fees. Early bird registration opens on February 29, 2024. The deadline for discounted early bird registration is March 24, 2024. Final day of online registration is April 5, 2024.

Cancellations
If you can’t make it to the conference, please contact the organizers as soon as possible so that the schedule can be fixed accordingly. Handling charges will be deducted from the amount of refund. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Please be advised that as of March 15, 2024, reimbursement is not possible.
Substitutions
Substitutions must be submitted without exception in writing. Please include “Conference Substitution” in the subject line of your e-mail. The substitute must be from the same organization as the original registrant. Please name the original registrant and the substitute person (title, first and family name, address, phone, e-mail). Otherwise, we cannot guarantee an accurate listing on the registration list.
Privacy Policy
The organizers collect and keep record of the personal information of the BEChem 2024 attandees to ensure the attandees can enjoy the conference. This personal information includes the members’ name, affiliation, e-mail and phone contact. This information is collected to ensure timely communication about BEChem 2024 related information between the organizers and attandees. The personal information is retained securely by the organizers and they will not share it with third parties. The organizers may be forced to provide this information if compelled by law to do so.
Liability
The conference organizers are not liable for travel, health, accidents or injury to delegates while attending and travelling to or from the meeting. Delegates are advised to carry adequate personal travel and health insurance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Estonia.
