Exhibitor Package 1200 €
Each commercial exhibitor will receive:
• Two complimentary registrations for the booth attendants, refreshments, lunches, all receptions and the conference program
• A table and 2 chairs
• Brand exposure in meeting advertising, online program and website (with link)
• Logo with exhibitor listing in meeting advertising and on the website

Exhibition Booking Conditions
Assingment of Space
Stands will be allocated by the organizers strictly by order of arrival of the booking forms. The organization will confirm directly to the exhibitor their allocated space.
Recognition
Each exhibitor will be mentioned in the printed program and APP as well as on the website with company logo and link.
Premises, Assembling and Dismantling
The organizers will contact each company in order to specify the allocated spaces for their products. We will inform you of the exact dates for assembling and dismantling, as well as of the norms concerning the parcels to be sent.
Surveillance
Organizers will be in charge of the general surveillance of the venue, but will not be responsible for the material and objects that exhibitors leave in the stands.
Electricity
Should there arise a need for more powerful supplies than those authorized and/or any other issue regarding technical aspects, the organizers must be contacted directly in order to avoid emergency situations, breakdowns or any alteration of the normal electric power supply.
Cleaning
The organizers will be in charge of cleaning and maintenance services in the facilities. For the duration of the congress, cleaning will take place after the venue is closed to the public and the exhibitors must provide free access to the cleaning services.
Cancellations
Should the meeting not be held, the exhibiting companies agree not to take any legal action against the organizers, who hereby commit themselves to return all deposits previously paid by each company.
Liability
The organizers are not liable for travel, health, accidents or injury to delegates while attending and travelling to or from the meeting. Delegates are advised to carry adequate personal travel and health insurance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Estonia.
